Meatballs with millet and vegetables
Delicious meatballs in tomato-vegetable sauce. Help yourself, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Millet

  • Tomato paste

  • Black pepper

Wheat boil until tender.

Cabbage finely chop. Mix cabbage, beef, boiled millet. Add the seasoning powder, salt, and pepper.

Molded meatballs-hedgehogs. Put in a baking dish.

Bell pepper slice.

The meatballs add the bell pepper and green peas.

Tomato paste diluted in 200ml of water, season with a little salt.

Pour the tomato mixture into the vegetables with the meatballs. On top lightly sprinkle with seasoning (seasoning). Cover with foil, bake at 180C - 20 minutes. Then remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
