Scones with a felt cherry and oatmeal

Description

Another variation of English muffins-cookies. I have them with a felt cherry and oatmeal.

For scones.

From cherries to remove bone.

Sift flour together with baking powder, add chilled butter, diced. RUB the flour with butter to a state of crumbs.

In the resulting mass add oats and cherries, stir.

In another bowl, mix the fine sugar TM Mistral, egg and cream.

Liquid mixture to pour into the dry, knead the dough.

The dough roll into a ball, slightly flatten (should be a circle with a diameter 24 cm height 2 cm portions cut triangles.

Or put the dough in batch form. Preheat the oven to 180°, bake for 25-30 minutes.
