Cooking
Yeast with sugar in warm dilute sour cream, allow time to activate. Then enter the cream, zest and eggs. Stir it carefully.
Then enter the butter, condensed milk and poppy seeds. Again carefully mix.
Add the flour and knead soft, dont stick to hands dough. Remove in the heat for 1 hour.
After 1 hour the formed rolls, leave for proofing for 30 minutes, grease with egg yolk whipped with sugar. Bake at 180° in the oven until Golden brown.
