Cooking
Mix the minced meat and mince with onions, potatoes ,carrots, bread (previously soaked in milk), garlic.
Add the egg, spices and salt. Mix well.
To form meatballs, put inside chopped nuts .
and raisins.
Roll in flour (breadcrumbs) and fry in deep fat. Dry on a paper towel.
Serve cutlets with any side dish and sauce.
