Sweet bread rolls with prunes
I present to you the bread-cake from the tear-off rolls stuffed with prunes and mint syrup. The dough is prepared without yeast, based on the monastic hop leaven. The buns are soft, useful, moderately sweet and tasty. Try it ;)

Ingredients

To the yeast mixture add 125 ml of water, 120 g of flour, stir until smooth.

Add the flour (about 150-200 g), knead the dough (at this stage the "knead" with the help of a fork or spoon so as not to dirty the hands), cover with lid, place in a warm place.

Then knead the dough, adding flour (how much) to not stick to hands. Leave for 30-40 minutes to rest under a kitchen towel.

And while you prepare the filling. Prunes rinse well (to leave for some time in water if too hard), then grind with a blender. Add the mint syrup and mix.

Rested divide the dough into 16 pieces.
