Asian meatballs in sauce
These meatballs require a minimum of labor, but very tasty fried balls of meat enveloping a sweet and sour thick sauce, sesame seeds accentuated elastic and refreshed with a feather green onions. Meatballs can be served as individual dishes, and salad, rice.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Green onions

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Sesame oil

    2 ч. л.

  • Crumb bread

    1/2 стак.

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

    1 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Water

    120 мл

  • Soy sauce

  • Starch

    1 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    1 ст. л.

  • Brown sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Sesame

    1 ст. л.

Preheat the oven to 180 Meat grind together with garlic, green onion and ginger. Add crumbs, egg, sesame oil, a little salt and pepper and stir well. Wet hands formed into small balls

Put the meatballs on the laid paper baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes (depending on size of meatballs)

While meatballs bake, cook the sauce. In a saucepan combine water, sugar, lemon juice and Kikkoman soy sauce, bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Starch diluted in 2 tbsp cold water and add to sauce. Thicken the sauce, stirring all the time. Add to the sauce baked meatballs, stir thoroughly, leave for 15 minutes to impregnate and coat.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and optional green onions. These meatballs can be cooked ahead, and freeze in a container together with the sauce.
