Pancakes with sauerkraut and greens
Soft, delicate pancakes, with crispy taste of fried pies. They are ideal as a complement to the first course, and it can be a great snack or treat for tea. Unlike pies, these pancakes are much faster.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1/2 стак.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (soy flour can replace wheat flour), - add salt to taste, depending on saltiness of your cabbage, I did not add.

Then add the cabbage (if you want to chop with a knife, I added them), pickle and yogurt (you can add only one pickle), - knead the dough

Chop and add the onion. The batter then mix again and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Bake pancakes on a frying pan, with the addition of large quantities of oil, on medium heat, both sides until Golden brown
