I love to bake. Most often I get the stove in the course of the year, cupcakes and muffins. I have not baked! One day my son asked him to repeat the cupcakes with chocolate. When I asked him to clarify, he heard "Well, you remember then hell!" When then?! With chocolate with chocolate. Baked. Son tried the "Very tasty, but not the same! Those were real chocolate!" Since then, he sometimes asks to bake cupcakes with chocolate "wrong." Cupcakes are different from muffins ingredients for the dough, the cooking technique and the structure of the product. The cake batter is made from eggs and butter, after baking, it is a more dense, heavy, compared to the muffins. Today I will show classic cupcakes, to complement the white and dark chocolate. Hence the second (or first?) the name "Duet"

Cooking
Beat butter and sugar.
While continuing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one.
Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour. Mix well.
Add dark and white chocolate, chopped into small pieces. Mix well.
Put into silicone moulds, filling them to 2/3 the height. If you use metal, it before filling it is necessary to grease. Put in a preheated 180C the oven for 20-25 minutes.
The finished muffins to cool for ten minutes in the forms, and then on the grill. I baked late in the evening. By morning I was expecting the cooled muffins, however in a highly reduced composition. Sprinkle the cupcakes with powdered sugar.
