Cooking
The yolks separated from the whites. The egg yolks were placed in a bowl and put sugar in.
Yolks whipped with a mixer. Butter melted and poured in the egg yolks. Screened in a bowl the flour, put salt, baking powder and well stirred the dough.
The dough has turned a nice color of chocolate milk, sparse and non-liquid.
The dough is laid out in a paper cuff and put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
As soon as the muffins began to rise, the pan pulled out of the oven and sprinkled them with sugar mixed with chopped pistachios. Bake for 20 minutes.
The dough used cane sugar Demerara, for sprinkling - small sugar TM "Mistral".
