Beat egg with sugar. Melt margarine, mix everything carefully.

In muffin tins pour the batter onto 1/2 of the height (for large cupcakes, photo of pink color), 2/3 of the height in separate forms. Test in General is enough for 6 large muffins, but I stretched, adding not full height.
