Walnut cake with candied fruit
The recipe for this cupcake found in one cookbook. Pronounced nutty flavor with hints of candied fruit and orange gives the cake a brightness in the taste and in appearance!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Walnuts

    200 г

  • Candied

    150 г

  • Orange zest

    1 шт

  • Orange juice

    100 мл

  • Leavening agent

    3/4 ч. л.

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Bread crumbs

To prepare the juice and zest of orange. Nuts grind. Candied fruit if necessary, cut.

Beat eggs with ordinary sugar. To eggs add all ingredients except nuts and candied fruit, beat with a mixer. Sprinkle nuts and candied fruit, mix well with a spoon.

The form of grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The dough with a spoon into the form. Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes at 180°C.

The finished cake remove from oven, transfer to wire rack to cool.
