Post your recipe as an option, because on the website there are quite a few different recipes of muffins. I like this recipe for simplicity, speed of preparation and taste home-baked Soviet times.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Sugar

Vodka
1 ст. л.

Soda slaked vinegar
1 ч. л.

Raisins
1 стак.

Margarine
150 г

Flour
1 стак.
Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar, add the slaked soda, vodka, melted butter, flour and mix well. In the end add washed and dried raisins. Molds lubricated (grease I use sunflower oil) and pour the batter. ALL! Bake at 190 degrees until Golden top (approximately 20-25 minutes). Bon appetit! :-)
