Chocolate cheesecake cupcakes with rice stuffing
Tender cheese and chocolate dough with a savory filling of rice cereal. Sweet, a little moist inside the cupcakes with a beautiful texture.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Rice flakes

  • Cheese

  • Butter

    100 г

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Flour

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Cocoa powder

  • Sesame

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

  • Milk ghee

Cooking

Pour the rice flakes hot melted milk to swell.

The yolks separated from the whites. Proteins whisk in a solid foam. RUB the yolks with Cup sugar until white.

Add the cheese (leave 3 tbsp of curd to the rice filling) and whisk. Then add sour cream. Mix well.

Add the melted butter. Stir.

Add baking soda and flour, mix well.

Then add the beaten egg whites. Mix well.

Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

In the rice cereal, put the egg, cheese, sugar and flour. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.

Muffin tins grease with vegetable oil. Put a bit of dark dough, then the rice filling and top with the filling-covered dough. Optional garnish with sesame seeds. Put in preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until dry matches. Allow to cool a little and pull out the cupcakes from the molds. Served warm for Breakfast.
