Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Quinoa I take from the company Mistral.
Rinse quinoa, put in saucepan and pour 240 ml of water. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until all water is absorbed and quinoa is tender. (about 15 minutes)
To prepare forms for muffins ( standard), get 12 PCs.
To cooled quinoa (we need 300 grams of cooked grains, if you have more, then leave for other meals or just freeze), add the flour, raisins, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla.
In a smaller bowl whisk whisk the milk, egg and olive oil.
Add the flour mixture milk.
Stir until the dry ingredients incorporate with the wet (beat does not need anything!)
Divide the dough between the molds (12 PCs).
Bake until set, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
