Pumpkin cake with prunes
Very tender and fluffy cake, moderately sweet, with a mild pumpkin flavor and slightly sour taste of prunes.

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts

    50 г

  • Pumpkin

    150 г

  • Flour

    200 г

  • Leavening agent

  • Nutmeg

  • Water

  • Prunes

  • Vegetable oil

    80 мл

Pumpkin RUB on a small grater, pour water, add two tablespoons sugar and put on low fire. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Hazelnuts dry the pan until the until burst with a dark shell, and poslushati hands. Grind in a blender or chop with a knife. Prunes wash, dry and finely chop.

Sift the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, sugar.

To the flour add mashed pumpkin, prunes, nuts and vegetable oil.

Mix all the ingredients. If the dough get too cool, add water to achieve desired consistency.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes.

The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
