Description
Lush, soft and fragrant muffins with caramel flavor and with the addition of berries. Muffins are prepared quickly and simply, effortlessly, and makes a great dessert. And with the addition of beans, these muffins are also useful. These muffins can be fed with milk, tea, coffee or cocoa.

Cooking
Cook the beans according to the instructions, cool and blend.
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add to a bowl of boiled condensed milk (6 tbsp ) sunflower oil, cinnamon, vanilla. Again, to beat.
Then add 3 tbsp (heaped) cooked beans, mix well.
Stir in the sifted with the baking powder and flour (5 tbsp). Stir well and better with a mixer to avoid lumps. The dough consistency like thick cream.
Add to dough dusted in starch berries
Put the dough in silicone molds to 2/3 of the volume, because the dough during baking will rise. Grease silicone molds is not necessary. I got 8 pieces but not small ones.
Bake muffins in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. After 20 min. check out the muffin on a dry match.

The structure is gently porous. Here is the muffin in the rift. I do a lot of cream on it, I decided at the last muffin to put all the remnants of the cream. Very tasty!
While muffins bake, prepare the simple cream. Although the muffins without cream is very tasty, especially with milk. Mix until smooth 2 tbsp soft cream cheese with 2 tbsp of condensed milk and add 1 tsp cocoa. Spread the cream in kornetik and decorate the cooled muffins.
