Delicious fluffy cheesecake. The combination of three fillings: honey poppy seed, sour with a slight bitterness of cranberry, soft cheese. Cheesecake is definitely something everyone can enjoy!

Cooking
In warm milk (25ml), stir the sugar and crumble the yeast. Stir and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place to rise.
The rest of the milk slightly warmed (if you like sweeter you can add a tbsp of sugar) salt and beat the egg.
Approached add yeast and oil. Mix well.
Gradually sprinkle the flour, knead a soft dough. Cover with a cloth and put in heat for 40 minutes.
While the dough rises, make filling. N°1 Berries: cranberries grind with sugar in a blender.
N°2 cottage Cheese: curd grind with sugar and drop the balls.
N°3 Poppy: poppy and sugar mix well, pour boiling water and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Cover and leave to cool. ( I have leftovers of the filling)
Punch dough down, divide into 6 equal parts. To form a pellet at the center to make a hole.
Grease the baking sheet with oil (I used baking paper ) to lay out workpiece. In the middle put a teaspoon of curd on top of him Mac. Around to distribute the cranberry stuffing. Bake for zo minutes at t=180°-200°C
