Knead the dough. To put it in a warm place for 2 hours. Punch dough down. Leave to rise in a warm for another 2 hours.
Roll out the dough, brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
To form the buns. Spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
Let them rise on the baking sheet for 1.5 hours. Grease the buns with egg, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake on medium heat for 25 minutes.
