This recipe is gentle, airy donuts from the pumpkin I got from chef nichka. Donuts are obtained with a bright crumb and pumpkin flavor. Submit them with powdered sugar, or any syrup. Pumpkin donuts will be a great addition to tea or milk.

Pumpkin flesh cut into medium cubes. Pumpkin place in a glass dish and bake until soft in the microwave at high power for 4-6 minutes (you can bake the pumpkin until soft in the oven).

The dough for the pumpkin donuts you can knead in the bread machine or by hand. In the bucket of a bread machine put pumpkin puree, salt and sugar, carbonated (or plain) water. You can make the dough manually, for that you need the yeast to mix with flour, cinnamon and sugar, then pour warm mineral water, add pumpkin puree. Knead a soft, stick dough, leave the dough in a warm 1-1,5 hours.
The dough should increase in volume by two to three times.
Since the dough is soft and sticky, for convenience, grease hands with vegetable oil, as well as the working surface. The finished dough lightly press down. Osipyan pieces the size of a walnut, roll into balls and place on a small distance from each other.
Vegetable oil for deep-frying heat. Roast pumpkin donuts on medium heat until Golden brown on all sides.
