Cooking
Sift the flour together with the yeast, add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough so that it does not stick to hands.
Divide the dough into five parts, cover with a towel and let go.
While the dough rises, make filling. Boil the rice, fry the mushrooms with onions. The filling cools, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
When the dough is ready, roll out each piece into a rectangle or oval. Spread the filling and zasiyaet region.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment, grease with oil, sprinkle with cumin and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes
Bake in the oven 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
