Ingredients

  • Water

Put in a container of oil, sugar, salt, milk, water. Put on fire and a bit of heat to keep the oil dissolved. Add to this mix potato flakes and leave for a few minutes. In a saucepan, mix 1 Cup flour and dry yeast. Mix with the potato mixture and 1 egg. Add more flour,put on the table and knead the dough, gradually adding flour.

From the dough to form a ball, put it in a greased with sunflower oil pan and put in a warm place (I usually preheat the oven a bit, turn off, wait awhile, and then put the dough to raise, only the oven should not be hot). The pan cover with cling film or a damp towel. Leave the dough for 1 hour. Next, put the dough on a floured table and divide into portions (as you need). Each piece of mash in your hand and put inside a small piece of cheese, the edges and take a little ride on the table, to give the appearance of the ball.
