Cheese, nuts, sugar and melted butter and stir, do not beat
Add the baking powder and flour, zamesit dough. It should be elastic and well formed into a ball. Depending on the cheese you may need less or more flour. The dough put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. From each part roll out a layer of baking paper, spread with jam. Using the paper to roll up the roll and send in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180*C. I also have a baking tray covered of baking paper and roll both sent into the oven.
