Eggplant cut lengthwise into thin strips. Beat the egg. Strips of eggplant dipped in flour, then in egg and fry. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise with garlic (grated or crushed). Tomatoes cut into thin slices. Now collect "Teschin language": slice eggplant mayonnaise and on one end put a slice of tomato, then fold the strip in half, covering tomato (Mayo on the inside). Beautifully put languages on a dish, decorate with greens!
