Vegetable ingredients
Eggplant cut into halves, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet wrapped in foil.
Peppers will cook separately in the form, and released when baking juice, use for frying cod.
Bake vegetables in the oven for 35-40 minutes at temperature of 180 gr.
Cooked vegetables to cool down a bit, with the pepper remove the skin and drain the juice.
Eggplant separate from the skins with a spoon.
Eggplant and peppers cut into strips.
Fry on high heat in olive oil with slices of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the juice of baked peppers. Close the lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Ready to separate the fish from the bones and remove the skin. Cut into slices.
The eggplant and pepper add the cod, finely chopped garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and generously pour olive oil.
Serve the appetizer warm with bread toasts.
