Delicious, hearty salad with boiled tongue and Chinese cabbage with an interesting filling!

Cooking
Cucumber and boiled eggs cut into strips.
Thin strips slice cabbage.
Also chop the pre-cooked tongue.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For the filling: mix in a bowl cottage cheese (I used "Almette" with cucumber and greens) and mayonnaise.
Stir thoroughly until smooth. The consistency of the filling and adjust to your own taste by adding more or less mayonnaise.
Season the salad, mix gently and serve.
