It's pretty simple! Carrot RUB on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes, eggplant, tomatoes and also meat cubes. Mix everything. I add a little oil + 1-2 cartoon glass of water. Sprinkle with salt + your favorite spices. Put in the slow cooker. Mode - stewing - meat - 45 minutes. It's got me under pressure (pressure cooker).

That's all!!! Yeah, I don't roast! All so incredibly delicious!!! The meat is soft, chunks of eggplant... and the gravy which goes well with pasta, rice and mashed potatoes!!! And most importantly - to us a minimum of efforts!!! Bon appetit!!!
