Description
This simple and at the same time, a delicious salad is prepared in our family for many years. The recipe was taken from a great cookbook, a gift from my husband. I think the beef salad have much taste.

Cooking
First my herbs. Then finely chop and put into a basin, which will prepare the salad. Take a potato masher and crush the chopped greens. When the greens will give the juice it needs to be salt and mix well. This step is very important because the crushed herbs will give flavor to the salad.
Cut cucumber into cubes and add it to the greens. All mixed.
Boiled veal (you can take and beef) cut into cubes and mix in a container with other ingredients.
Cut the eggs finely and pour them to the other ingredients.
Add salt to taste and mayonnaise. Mix everything together and our salad is ready.
