Green soup with sorrel and oatmeal
Tasty, healthy and very flavorful the soup turned out. Such a pickle I was prepared for the first time: here and sorrel, and oatmeal, and potatoes. Well, vegetables and pickles, we successfully help replace MAGGI® Dressing for the Pickle. Not even imagined that natural flavours can fully compensate for the lack of vegetables and pickles.

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dressing

  • Potatoes

    2 шт

  • Sorrel

    1 пуч.

  • Oat flakes

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

Boil the broth. I have chicken broth, I cooked the chicken, then pulled it out.

The potatoes and peel the onion and cut into dice.

Fry the onions with butter until Golden brown, add the potatoes into the boiling broth. Dressing for the Pickle from MADD already contains onions, but I decided to add fried onions to the soup was more nourishing.

Add the broth, MAGGI® dressing for the Pickle.

Then add oats, boil for 5 minutes, add the sorrel and off in a minute. You can add cooked meat, I added chicken, which was cooked
