Soup with beef and vegetables
Probably many of us, the former Soviet children, cannot imagine lunch without a bowl of soup. Never cooked this soup with pickled cucumbers, but in vain. Turned out quite decent.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Eggplant

    500 г

  • Pepper

    2 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dressing

    1 пакет.

  • Tomato

    3 шт

  • Cilantro

    1/2 пуч.

  • Lemon peel

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Yogurt

    150 г

Bacon cut into small pieces. Pour 1.5-2 liters of water and cook for 1 hour, removing the foam. The amount of water depends on whether you like thicker soup, or Vice versa.

Onion and pepper cut into thin slices, eggplant is a fairly large cubes. Add the vegetables to the soup and cook it on low heat, covered for another 20 minutes. If you like quite steamed vegetables, cook them a little longer.

Now it is the turn of tomatoes, diced, and seasoning Maggi for soup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. I don't add salt, I have enough of the taste of the filling. Leave the soup on the heat for another 10 minutes.

To supply blend the yogurt and cilantro, add the sauce and lemon zest.
