Pickle vegetable
Vegetable soup with pearl barley and pickled cucumbers, spicy. Wonderful first post.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

Cooking

The water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and put the pearl barley, which you soak first or just directly put. Cook barley in 15 minutes approximately.

Vegetables cut into arbitrarily and put to the barley.

All cook until cooked another 20 minutes.

Cucumber RUB on a grater. Put in a pan. Boil them in the pickle for 10 minutes, they are pickled.

Preparing spices. Or garlic press, or finely chop. I love fennel seeds in the soup. That's the taste they give him!!! And always put in pickle, dry parsley and dill. This tastes quite different than fresh.

Send spices to the pan and add sunflower oil. Still cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked pickle.

Spread hot pepper. It is optional. Can pepper put in the dish for lovers poetry.

Now in a pot add doculive brine and pickle to taste. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
