Pickle with mushrooms and rice
Dressing for the pickle soup from Maggi is a great help for Housewives in the preparation of pickle. Excellent taste of pickles and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1500 мл

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Beef wash, put in pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes.

Mushrooms cut into pieces (as you like).

Wash rice. Cut the potato into cubes. In boiling broth put the potatoes and cook for 10 min. Then enter the rice and cook for another 7-8 minutes.

Add to the soup chopped mushrooms, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then enter the dressing from pickle Maggi, Bay leaf and cook for 5 mins At the end to taste salt ( I generally salt is not added) and pepper. Remove from the soup Bay leaf.
