Description
Sweet and sour, spicy vegetables as supplements are ideal to almost any dish. I add this marinade to sauces, salads and more it's perfect for burgers and sandwiches.

Cooking
The required ingredients.
Cut the vegetables into small cubes, garlic slices. Add salt, soy sauce TM Kikkoman and cover with water by 1/3. Put into the refrigerator to infuse for a few hours.
After the vegetables were given juice and has rested, prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seeds. Wait until boiling, and then send back the vegetables along with juice and water, in which they are located. Again, wait until boiling. Then add cloves. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
Let the marinade cool down. After cooling, you can pour it into jars. Bon appetit!
