Pieces of braised pork folded in a blender and grind, not much.
Boil the chickpeas according to the instructions on the package.
Boiled chickpeas, chop, puree, immersion blender. If you want to add a couple of tablespoons of water, which soared chickpeas, salt and pepper to taste.
In minced meat add ketchup, chilli and white part of green onions cut into rings.
In of mashed chickpeas add green part of onion, finely chopped.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
A cake to cut, if need diameter of the pan. On half of the tortillas on the edge to put cheese.
Then about 1 tbsp of mashed chickpeas.
On top of mashed chickpeas, put 2 tbsp. of meat and 4 strips of pepper.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with the empty half of the tortillas and transfer them to a heated pan with vegetable oil and butter. Fry both sides until light brown colour.
