Cooking
For making smoothies using cereals "5 grains" from TM "Mistral"
In yogurt, add cereal, stir and leave for 3-5 minutes. I do it once in a glass blender.
Then add the sliced banana.
And 1 tbsp cranberries, pureed with sugar. Mix in blender at maximum speed until the ingredients are whipped until smooth.
