Good day dear cooks, I want to share with you the recipe of the stuffed pineapple. It was prepared for the holidays, get the original, fragrant, delicious and beautiful=)
Ingredients

Mayonnaise sauce

Mushrooms

Fry the finely chopped onion, ham, chicken breast (the chicken was nearly ready). In a separate pan fry the mushrooms (can be combined with the aforementioned ingredients, but my husband doesn't eat mushrooms, I had to make my own with mushrooms separately =)
To prepare the pineapple (cut in half, prepare them from the boat as in the photo).
Put fried ingredients in pineapple boats, and on top of grease mayonnaise sauce. After put on top of thawed prepared shrimp (they can't add, who doesn't love).
After sprinkle with grated on medium grater cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes 200градусов (but look at your oven, it may take less time, more importantly, to form a mouth-watering cheesy crust, the products, in fact, the pineapple is placed ready).
Take out from the oven the beauty and serve. 1 pineapple leaves two big hearty portions.
