Pasta with soy sauce and wasabi
I recently became the owner of the machine, it came with attachments for pasta, which I was unspeakably glad. because wanted to cook homemade pasta. Now I'm experimenting with it this time instead of salt I added soy sauce and also decided to add the wasabi paste, which in the finished paste I'm not particularly felt, but nevertheless the husband pasta was not peppered, although he always does it. Of course a pasta no one takes, but it is possible to prepare in advance, freeze and number 2-3, when all the culinary delicacies over, and then without any hassle side dish, and maybe even a full meal from You for a few minutes will be ready.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 г

  • Chicken egg

    3 шт

  • Soy sauce

    3 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Wasabi

    2 ч. л.

  • Water

Place all ingredients in the jar of the mixer.

Knead on low speed with hook attachment (or by hand) for about 2-3 minutes. If mixture is very dry, then add water (a little). Then knead by hand until a homogeneous dough. Let stand the dough for about 15 minutes.

Then use the attachment for cutting the pasta, or cut with a knife. Lay them on a Board sprinkled with flour. A little dry and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Or you can dry for about an hour, and then freeze and when needed just throw in boiling salted and cook 4 minutes.
