Originality is not claimed, because of difficulties in preparation or in the composition of ingredients - not some, but "usefulness" of the meat is obvious - no need to garnish. Meat cut into small pieces. Apples, peel and seeds, cut into cubes.

Remove the meat and apples in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, add barberry. To close the form with a lid or foil and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 45-50 minutes.
