Cooking
Meat cut into small pieces. Apples, peel and seeds, cut into cubes.
Remove the meat and apples in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, add barberry. To close the form with a lid or foil and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 45-50 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
