My daughter loves meatballs. For variety, trying each time to mix her something new. This time turned out great meatballs of minced chicken with millet and vegetables.

Cooking
Millet Mistral boiled in salted water, until tender.
The onions and tomatoes very finely cut. Carrots (I have frozen) to RUB on a small grater. Extinguished on slow fire to readiness.
Blender made minced chicken breast.
A small piece of cabbage finely cut and sent to the vegetables for a few minutes.
When the vegetables and millet slightly cold, added the stuffing. Salt.
Added to yolk and stirred.
Made 4 meatballs and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom greased with vegetable oil. Added quite a bit of water and frozen tomato juice. Stewed on low heat for about 30 minutes.
