Cooking
The recipe is very quick, all preparation takes about 15 minutes.
Boil pasta (pasta) in lightly salted water. Remember that in order to avoid bonding need to cook the pasta in sufficient amount of water and from time to time to stir. When cooking short pasta the ratio of the volume of dry goods and water should be 1 to 3, when cooking long pasta – 1 to 4.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper and cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes. Add the grated cheese, don't forget to constantly stir the sauce.
Then add the pesto and cook on medium heat for another 3-5 minutes.
Now add the shrimp (if frozen, first defrost) and cook for another 5 minutes.
On pasta, spread the shrimp and pour the sauce generously.
