Description
In this recipe I'll tell you my method of forming patties from the liquid of the minced meat. This method is used for preparing cutlets from poultry and fish without adding in the stuffing thickeners (bread, semolina, or breadcrumbs). Cakes turn out tender, fluffy and very juicy!

To the mince add the chopped vegetables, egg and mashed feta. Mix and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The meat initially will be liquid and in the fridge it's a little "grab"
Mince has thickened a bit, making him 10 clumps (density of the stuffing does not allow to mold patties) and coat them in semolina. Leave on the Board for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes it is already possible to give a beautiful shape to our "lumps". Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on medium heat from both sides until a delicious crust
Burgers do not spread, keep a good shape and easy tip! Thanks manke warialda they do not retain their volume. Fry cutlets from both parties, diminish the heat to low and bring the burgers until cooked under a lid (12-15 minutes)
