Malfatti. Malfatti (pasta) means "done wrong". The author of the recipe Neapolitan Massimo Polermo recommends to make the pasta yourself and always giving bands of different shapes: long, short, wide ... This dish reminds of the streets of Naples, where it came from. We will go on a fast and easy way and take the finished pasta in the form of strips.

Cooking
We need lentils Pardina motley (can take any other kind) from the company Mistral.
Lentils perfectly retains its shape after cooking and do not require soaking, just rinse with water.
Boil the lentils - it should be ma non troppo – "enough but not too much", the water is drained through a colander.
Boil pasta. It should be al dente, literally "to the tooth".
Peel the garlic and cut into feathers. Cherry tomatoes - in half.
Put garlic into a clean bowl, add the tomatoes halves, fry for 2 minutes.
On top of this mixture put the peeled shrimp (they were already cooked) and cook for literally 1 minute.
To the cooked lentils add a bit of butter, warmed and this also put boiled pasta, divide into portions and add shrimp, tomatoes, pepper. The dish is served to the table hot. Bon appetit!
