Lamb meatballs in vegetable sauce
Very tasty dish - flavorful, juicy meatballs and spicy sauce. It is possible, but you can apply for garnish rice, both options are good, tested!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Chicken egg

In minced add egg, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.

Formed into meatballs the size of a tangerine, put on a baking tray lined with foil and bake in a preheated 200° oven until tender (about 30 minutes).

Onion and garlic finely chopped, pepper cut into small pieces. If using fresh Chile, it must also finely chop. In a saucepan heat 2 tbsp oil on medium heat fry onion, then add bell pepper and fry it for 3 minutes.

Add garlic, Chile (if using) and spices, fry for 1 minute, then add tomatoes with juice (if you have whole tomatoes, their need to knead), add water or broth.

Add salt to taste, bring to boil and cook on small fire under a cover until the vegetables are soft.

Then add in the meatballs and sauce ready boiled chickpeas.

Warm up for 4-5 minutes and serve.
