Pancakes with cranberry curd
Wonderful cranberry Kurd for pancakes and crepes!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 г

  • Milk

    400 мл

  • Salt

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Cranberry

    400 г

  • Sugar

    1/2 стак.

  • Water

    70 мл

  • Yolk egg

    4 шт

  • Butter

    50 г

Whisk milk with eggs, salt and sugar. Add gradually the sifted flour. Last, add the vegetable oil.

Bake pancakes.

Cranberries washed, cleaned if required. Add water and cook 15 minutes after boiling, on medium heat.

Wipe berries through a sieve.

In the pureed berries, add sugar and put on fire. Heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Yolks lightly whisk, add 2 tablespoons hot cranberry mixture, mix well. Add a couple of tablespoons, and stir. Gradually add cranberry mixture and each time thoroughly mixed.

After the cranberry mixture back on low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Remove the mixture from the heat, add the butter and stir until completely dissolved oil.

Kurd possible for later use to cool, place in jar and store in the refrigerator safely for 2 weeks. And for the feeder to put a little bit of Kurd on the pancake and roll tube! And enjoy! Bon appetit!
