Cooking
1. Pieces of bread soaked in milk, then squeeze and chop. Keep the milk for the sauce.
2. In minced meat add the bread, 1 egg, grated on a fine grater potato, salt, dry oregano and a seasoning for meat. Thoroughly knead the meat.
3. To form the meatballs, dip them in the beaten with a pinch of salt the egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the meatballs on both sides in hot oil (1 tbsp).
5. Pumpkin remove skin, seeds and chop into small cubes.
6. A small part of the pumpkin spread on the bottom of a greased form.

9. Prepare the sauce. Onion coarsely chop and fry in hot oil until transparent.
10. Then add cut small slices tomatoes, seeded and shredded chillies, cleaned and finely chopped garlic. 2-3 minutes to simmer the sauce under the lid, not forgetting to stir. Do not have to bring the peppers until tender, it goes in the oven.
11. Pour in the vegetable broth, the remaining milk, add the butter, tomato paste, seasoning to vegetables and gently stir. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
12. Put the sauce over the meatballs, cover, not tightly with foil or make the top of the slot, and sent in a preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes.
13. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake to melt cheese. When submitting sprinkle the dish with greenery. Bon appetit!
