Lentil porridge with meatballs
Decided to share this simple recipe for daily menu. Will probably take note for a change. Delicious, hearty and healthy.

Prepare the sauce. In vegetable oil fry the chopped onion and garlic, add the grated carrots and pumpkin. In a few minutes, put the tomato paste, stir, add flour, stir. Sprinkle with salt, pour in the water.

Mix the mince, onions (on a large grater), cooled rice, salt, egg. Formed small meatballs and put them in the sauce. Sprinkle with greens.

Simmer meatballs in sauce until ready under the lid. I cooked in multivarka-pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Red lentils washed, fill with water in the ratio 1:2, add salt and curry and cook until tender (10 minutes).

In a plate spread the finished lentil porridge, top with meatballs and sauce. You can add sour cream to taste.
