Meatballs with garnish
This recipe is perfect for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    4 ч. л.

  • Water

  • Sugar

In the beef add herbs, mustard, egg, garlic and potatoes rubbed on a fine grater, onion cut into small cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Form 8 meatballs and fry them in a pan on both sides until Golden color and transfer them to a baking dish.

The remaining onion cut into half rings and fry it with carrot, cut into small cubes, until light blush.

For garnish: in barley to add spice to pickle, fried onions and carrots, pepper cut into small cubes and the garlic cut into slices. Stir and put in shape for meatballs.
