Cooking
Meat sauce: in a saucepan, heat olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic, simmer on low heat until translucent onions. Add chopped fine julienne carrots and celery, add heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Add the beef and cut into small julienne strips of ham (I cut cubes), a little put out until it changes colour.
Pour in the wine and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes along with the juice. All simmer on low heat for 40 minutes.
Bechamel sauce: Boil the milk, pour into it a little bit of nutmeg and add a Bay leaf and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter, add the flour and lightly fried.
From milk to remove the Bay leaf and a thin stream, stirring, pour it into heated pan with flour. When starts to boil, add salt and turn off the heat.
In a high baking dish, pour a little meat sauce, cover with lasagna sheets, pour another layer of meat sauce, then Bechamel, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with sheets of lasagna. Alternate the layers until then, until the meat sauce. Put the sheets of lasagna, pour the last portion of Bechamel and sprinkle with cheese.
Put in preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes when 180градусах, until Golden brown.
