Meatballs with sauerkraut
Burgers – one of my favorite everyday dishes and for cooking and used. Cabbage added to the beef juiciness, was not to soak the loaf. The egg, however, still hammered. Part of cutlets fried in breadcrumbs, and a part without it. Frankly, more like breaded. And for the filing of fried pancakes and scrambled eggs talker.

Beef, pork, onion mince. Squeeze the cabbage, finely chopped. Mix everything, beat the egg, add salt to taste and pepper.

For potato pancakes grate potatoes on a grater for carrots "in Korean". Add the egg, flour, salt, knead the dough, if necessary drain off excess liquid.
