Strawberry pizza

Description

It's time for strawberries and excursions outside the city in nature. Therefore we offer you the option not just an ordinary pizza with strawberries. This is pizza, not cake, because the batter is unsweetened, on this test, you can prepare any type of pizza.

Ingredients

Flour

Sugar

Butter

2 ст. л.
Chicken egg

Vanilla sugar

Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat with a mixer the eggs with the milk and sugar.

Continuing to whisk, add to the mixture the flour, vanilla sugar and butter.

Strawberries wash, dry and cut into 4 parts.

The oven is heated to 200 - 220*C. Round form grease with oil, pour the batter on top to distribute the strawberries and bake for 20-30 min.

The cooked pizza out of the oven. Immediately after preparation it is very lush, then after cooling it settles in the middle, and the edges remains a beautiful, lush rim of dough. M-m-m-m delicious!
