Shells in a cheese and cream sauce
In fact, just a delicious pasta :) the Sauce is very delicate with a light, savory with a slight kick.

While boiling the pasta (I chose shells), for the sauce you need to RUB cheese into the pan, add two large spoons of sour cream, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper.

The meat (I got smoked-cooked pork) cut into small cubes or strips, as you like.
